Refund Policy

1. 30 days Money Back Guarantee:

You are entitled to receive 100% of your money back in case we are unable to resolve your computer / peripherals related issues to your satisfaction. You must apply for this refund within 30 days of purchase our service. In order to receive the Money Back Guarantee, you are required to send an e-mail to "[email protected]" stating your name, customer id, details of the plan and the reason for seeking a refund. We will get back to you within 72 hours on details of your refund.

2. Refund:

  • You will receive a full refund if we are unable to resolve any of your pc issues.
  • A minimum of $49.99 will be deducted if at least one of your issues has been successfully resolved.
  • There would be no refunds in case of incident based support (one remote repair plan) if at least one of your issues has been successfully resolved. 

3. Chargeback:

If in case you have used our services and still filed a chargeback without asking us for a refund, your account would become ineligible to receive a refund from us.
